The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Playing the Guitar (2nd Edition)

Frederick Noad has been playing, teaching and writing for the guitar for some time, so he’s in a good position to pass on his knowledge in this addition to the ‘The Idiot’s Guide…’ series.

The book is well laid out, easy to read and understand, and most importantly of all gets you playing some very good tunes very quickly. The book also came with a CD which had most of the songs that you’ll learn on it. This is invaluable when learning because it makes getting to understand timing a lot easier.
